When I started my path to wellness I wasn't exactly sure where to start but I knew what I was doing wasn't working. I read a ton of books on health and nutrition, changed my diet and felt great for a while. But soon I fell into old patterns. Why was I eating things I knew were bad for me and made me feel terrible? That's when I realized I had to come face to face with my emotions and find ways to nurture myself, not mask my emotions with food. Putting all of these pieces together has brought me joy, wholeness and wellness...

Wellness can be defined as the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort.
