One month intensive: aka the Cram Course! Are you ready to jump in full force? This is an intense four sessions in four weeks. Recommended for anyone that feels like they got off track and need a jump start to get back on! We will discuss your current health and come up with a plan for change. I will provide recipes, handouts and any other materials to keep you on the path to success.
