As your health coach I provide ongoing support and guidance as you make changes that improve your health and happiness. I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and make the necessary diet and lifestyle changes to achieve your optimum happiness.

One month intensive: aka the Cram Course! Are you ready to jump in full force? This is an intense four sessions in four  weeks. Recommended for anyone that feels like they got off track and need a jump start to get back on! We will discuss your current health and come up with a plan for change. I will provide recipes, handouts and any other materials to keep you on the path to success.

In these extended programs we will examine all aspects of your life that may be out of balance and work on ways to improve your health and love your life.

They include the following:

  • Two, one-hour sessions per month

  • My 7 Day Sugar Detox Guide

  • The Sweet Freak recipe book

  • E-mail support between sessions

  • Food samples and self-care products

  • Additional recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
